COACHING
Space to think.
Practical ways forward.

WHAT TO EXPECT
What happens in a coaching session?
There’s no rigid formula for a coaching session. We’ll start with what’s going on for you and what you’d like to get from our time together.
I’ll listen, ask questions and help you explore your thinking from different perspectives. At times I may challenge you, offer an idea from psychology or neuroscience, or introduce a practical tool that could be useful.
The aim isn’t for me to give you the answers. It’s to help you gain clarity, understand what may be holding you back and work out what feels right for you.

WHAT CAN COACHING HELP WITH?
What might bring you to coaching?
You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. People come to coaching for all sorts of reasons, but these are some of the areas we might explore.

Overthinking
Thoughts going round in circles, second-guessing yourself or finding it difficult to switch off.

Confidence
Self-doubt, holding yourself back or wanting to feel more comfortable trusting yourself, at work or in everyday life.

Feeling stuck
Knowing something needs to change, whether in work or elsewhere, but not being quite sure what that change looks like yet.

Goals & direction
Getting clearer on what you want, including career or work decisions, and finding realistic steps towards it.

Habits & behaviour
Understanding the patterns you keep falling into and finding more useful ways forward.

Self-talk & perspective
Noticing how you speak to yourself and exploring different ways of seeing situations.
LET’S TALK
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
If coaching sounds like it could help, get in touch and tell me a little about what’s brought you here.
